Newborn & 3-8 Month Mommy & Me Educational Classes
Our mommy & me educational classes are designed to give mothers a deeper understanding of the beginning stages of motherhood. Classes consist of small intimate groups of moms and their babes. Classes meet 1 time a week for 7 weeks.
- 0-2 month old mommy and me class
- 3-7 month old mommy and me class
- 8-12 month old mommy and me class
Classes are organized with babies in close age range so mothers can connect with other moms going through similar developmental stages.
Health & Wellness
The Mama University collaborates and partners with many health and wellness businesses to guide mamas in the direction they need. We have done the groundwork for you mama, go through the list of centers we recommend for all things health and wellness.
Social Meetups
Being a mother is the best thing on earth, but it can be a hard and lonely road. At The Mama University we regularly plan social meetups for just mamas for moms nights/days out as well as mommy and me play date meet ups.
