Empowered Birth, a supportive and informative class designed for expectant mothers to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth. This course is not just about learning the technical aspects of delivery; it's about building confidence, relieving stress, and forming lasting connections with other mothers-to-be.

Our newborn classes are designed to give mothers a deeper understanding of the beginning stages of motherhood. 

 Our 3-8 month classes are a continuation of our newborn classes. They are also designed to give mothers a deeper understanding of the beginning stages of motherhood (you are doing great this far mama!)
