At Mama University, we are building something deeply needed in Clarksville—
a space where mothers don’t feel alone during one of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives.
Our Community Partner Program is designed for local businesses and organizations who want to be part of that impact—while also building meaningful connections with families in our community.
Why This Matters
The postpartum season is often described as joyful—but for many mothers, it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and unsupported.

- Lack of support is one of the biggest contributors to maternal mental health struggles

consistent support, education, and community have been shown to significantly reduce these outcomes.
That’s where Mama University comes in.
What Mama University Provides
We offer structured, in-person support for moms through:
- 7-week Mommy & Me class series (0–12 months)
- Postpartum education and recovery support
- Access to trusted local experts (pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, mental health providers, and more)
- A safe, welcoming space for real connection
This is not just a class.
It’s often the first place a mom feels seen, heard, and understood again.
