Our newborn classes are designed to give mothers a deeper understanding of the beginning stages of motherhood. Classes consist of small intimate groups of moms and their newborns. Classes meet 1 time a week for 4-6 weeks. Classes start 4-6 weeks postpartum and are organized with babies in close age range so mothers can connect with other moms going through similar developmental stages. Below are some topics we will cover in class.
Our pilot classes will start in May, first class will be on May 31st. Classes will meet on Friday mornings at 9:30am. Classes will be 45-60min, class location is in Clarksville area (address will be sent once registered). Classes will consist of a specific topic, open discussion with moms and speakers, open class talk, as well as hello and goodbye songs with your baby. You will receive relevant research-based articles and resources related to each class discussion.
Get ready to meet mama friends and make life long connections!
First day of class is often the first time mamas and their babies have been out and about on their own. We understand it can be scary and are here to support you!
Once you arrive please feel free to bring all the things you feel you need! Strollers, car seats, diaper bags (aka mama luggage), anything you feel you need. Below are a list of recommended items, but not required.
