Jeanine Torres is the founder and owner of Mama University. With over ten years in the healthcare industry as both a nurse and business operations manager, Jeanine has long been dedicated to the well-being of others. But it was the birth of her first son that truly transformed her mission. Facing the raw, beautiful, and often overwhelming reality of motherhood, she joined a mommy and me class that deeply impacted her journey—and sparked the vision for Mama University.

Now, as a mother of two, Jeanine’s passion has only grown. Welcoming her second son reminded her that every child brings a new season of learning and adjustment, no matter how experienced we may be. It also deepened her belief that all mothers—whether it's their first baby or their fifth—need a community where they can feel seen, supported, and strengthened.

“I am a proud mom and passionate advocate for maternal and child wellness. As the founder of The Mama University, I believe in the power of connection, support, and community among mothers and their little ones.

My journey as a mom has shown me that we are always growing, always learning. With each new baby, there are new emotions, new rhythms, and new challenges. I started this mommy & me group to be a safe space where moms can share experiences, find resources, and build lasting friendships. Together, we celebrate the joys of motherhood while embracing the real, hard moments too.

In our group, we focus on maternal education, parenting resources, community support, and mother-baby advocacy. I'm committed to empowering mothers and creating a space where we can learn and grow—again and again—with each little life entrusted to us.

When I’m not facilitating a class, you can find me chasing my energetic toddler, cuddling my newest little one, squeezing in a workout, or enjoying family time. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can't wait to walk this journey with you.”
